QUALIFYING YOUR NEEDS 

Finding Your Dream Home Begins With this Step 

I will begin to ask you some questions to help determine exactly what your looking for. The more information you can give me, the easier it will be to find you a home. Be Realistic. Know the difference between what you want and what you need. Once I have an idea of what you're looking for I will begin searching the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), reading all homes for sale ads, driving selected neighborhoods, calling for sale by owners, contacting listings which have expired and checking our own company listings, for homes that best suit your needs. Once I find a few homes, it's on to the next step. 

INSPECTING HOMES 

Once I have found a few homes you will have an option of how you wish to continue. I will be glad to make appointments to show you any home that is of interest to you regardless of who has it listed.

Give you the address and allow you to drive by first if you wish. If you like the home you can then call me to arrange to inspect the interior. 

HELPING ME HELP YOU 

Many people prefer to have the agent handle the entire process which is okay, and other people wish to help in the process and that's okay as well. If you wish to help here are some ways you can: 

1. Looking at ads in newspapers 
2. Driving in the desired neighbourhood and noticing homes for sale which appeal to you 
3. Finding properties on the internet 
4. Visiting open houses however be sure to mention to the agent that you are currently working with an agent
